The body (winding and iron core) of the oil immersed transformer is installed in an oil tank filled with transformer oil, which is welded with steel plates. The oil tank of small and medium-sized transformers consists of a box shell and a box cover. The transformer body is placed inside the box shell, and the box cover can be opened to lift out the body for maintenance.

 

The fully sealed transformer eliminates the traditional conservator tank by integrating corrugated tank fins as  both heat dissipation components and expansion elements.These fins dynamically expand and contract in  response to oil volume variations,ensuring complete isolation from the external atmosphere to prevent oil  degradation,insulation  moisture  ingress,and  aging,thereby  significantly  enhancing  operational  reliability. The  core  utilizes  premium  cold-rolled  silicon  steel  laminations  to  optimize  magnetic  flux  distribution, effectively reducing noise levels and energy losses.Windings are constructed with high-strength enameled or paper-insulated   conductors  in   cylindrical   or  disc-type   configurations,achieving  uniform   ampere-turn  distribution and robust insulation for exceptional short-circuit resistance.All internal fasteners employ self- locking nuts to withstand vibration  during transportation  and  operation.The tank undergoes phosphating treatment  and  is  coated  with  a  triple-protection  layer(anti-humidity,anti-mold,anti-salt  spray),making  it ideal for harsh environments such as metallurgical plants,mining facilities,and petrochemical complexes.

1.Customized products with capacities beyond those listed in the table can be manufactured upon request,with technical parameters tailored to specific requirements.

2.Specialized designs are available to accommodate diverse operationalenvironments.

3.Short-circuit impedance values may deviate from the table specifications based on project needs.

4.The final dimensions of the transformer shall be confirmed based on the approved technical drawings after the contract is signed.
